It was exciting week for PlayStation fans at E3. Below are some of the big announcements for PlayStation at E3, 2016
God of War
God of war is coming back…Kratos now has a beard and also a son!
Bend Studio’s brutal, post-apocalyptic PS4 debut takes us to the mountainous terrain of the Pacific North-West, where a terrible pandemic has transformed ordinary people into relentless “Freakers”.
Spiderman for PS4
There is a new Spiderman title in the works for PS4. Hot on the heels of this year’s Ratchet & Clank, Insomniac games revealed their next project – a PS4-exclusive take on Marvel’s iconic wall crawler.
PlayStation VR titles
There a slew of titles announced for PlayStation VR. Go interstellar on PSVR with Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR, Eve Valkyrie, Super Stardust VR and the lonely, lost-in-space thrill of Farpoint.
Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR Mission, comes exclusively to PlayStation VR later this year.
Piloting an X-Wing is an aspect of the Star Wars universe many of us have dreamed of experiencing. It’s something from the films we remember watching with awe, and even reenacted throughout our lives.
Virtual reality brings us one step closer to realising this amazing dream of piloting an X-wing in space. With this incredible new platform, you will be instantaneously transported from the comforts of your living room to an X-Wing cockpit in space. And with the artists at Criterion and DICE meticulously crafting every authentic detail, the experience feels more real than you can imagine.
If you are into horror games , then lookout for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It was announced with full PS VR support (and a demo available right away from PlayStation Store), alongside the creepy Here They Lie and previously announced Until Dawn: Rush of Blood.
